The 2026 Joint Telematics Group (JTG) / IEEE Information Theory Society (IEEE ITSoc) Summer School on Signal Processing, Communications and Networks, jointly organized by Indian Institute of Technology Delhi and Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology Delhi, invites poster submissions from full-time students (Bachelor’s, Master’s, Dual Degree, or PhD) and postdoctoral researchers.
The poster session aims to provide a vibrant platform for presenting ongoing research, preliminary results, innovative ideas, and emerging directions on the topics that align with (but not limited to) the focus of the workshop.
The poster sessions will be held during the afternoon coffee break. The students presenting their posters will be required to give a three-minute lightning talk describing their work prior to the poster session.
Applicants must be full-time students (Bachelor’s, Master’s, Dual Degree, or PhD) and postdoctoral researchers at a recognized institution. Students whose posters are selected are required to complete their student registrations in order to present their posters.
Applicants must submit a one-page abstract (PDF) describing the proposed poster. The abstract should include:
Title, authors, and affiliations
Problem statement and motivation
Technical approach
Results or expected contributions (if applicable)
Posters may present ongoing research, a research proposal aligned with the Summer School themes, or a technical survey.
With generous support from the sponsors, we will provide travel assistance to a limited number of students/researchers with accepted posters.
Selected students:
